Setup:
  1. Print two copies of the Guess Neu game board. We recommend laminating them if you don't want to print out two new copies every time you play,

  2. Give each player a board and a dry erase marker.

Gameplay:
  1. Each player secretly selects one neurologic condition from their own board. The goal is to be the first to correctly identify the condition chosen by your opponent.

  2. Players take turns asking yes/no questions about clinical or pathophysiologic features listed on the board. Use each answer to narrow down the possibilities.

  3. After each response, the guessing player crosses off any conditions that have been ruled out.

  4. The first player to eliminate all but one condition and correctly guess their opponent’s chosen diagnosis wins.
