Setup:

Choose one player to be the Dura Mater (DM).

Choose one player to be the Hero.

The Hero rolls a ten-sided die (d10).

The DM uses that roll and the Character Book to assign:

The Hero's Ability

The Hero rolls a twenty-sided die (d20) for their assigned Ability. If the result is 10 or higher, they receive the bonus described by the DM​
Gameplay:

Roleplaying

The Hero and Villain explain why they should win.

Supporting characters choose a side and argue for them.

If there are extra players, they become neurological diseases, introduce themselves briefly, and choose a side.

Final battle

Each player rolls a d20 for initiative

Oppose characters face off; the player with the higher initiative goes firts.

Each duel is decided by a single d20 roll
-
The higher roll wins. Ties are rerolled.

If one side has more members, they roll once per character and use their highest roll against the remaining opponent.
